Pre-Transaction Communication: Before finalizing any transaction, requesters and service providers can interact through the Baramen platform’s chat system. This facilitates negotiation and agreement on terms, ensuring that both parties are aligned before completing the deal.
No Service Request Fees: Service requesters can submit their service requests on the Baramen platform free of charge. There are no additional costs associated with making a service request online, making the process both accessible and cost-effective.

The key distinction between the Comprehensive Service Package and Selective Logistics Services lies in the number of service providers involved and the selection of services.
Comprehensive Service Package (Door-to-Door): This package consolidates all required services and actions—such as receiving goods from the seller and delivering them to the buyer—into a single service provider. It offers a seamless, all-inclusive solution, managing every aspect of the logistics process through one point of contact.
Selective Logistics Services: This option provides greater flexibility, allowing you to define your specific business process by selecting from a range of services offered on the platform and prioritizing them according to your needs. You receive tailored proposals based on your customized process.
In Selective Logistics Services, you can choose one or multiple services (with no restrictions on the number or type). Available logistics services include:
- International Transportation
- Internal Transportation
- Inspection
- Warehousing
- Customs
Key Considerations for Selective Logistics:

Service Prioritization: The order in which you select services will determine the sequence of their execution. For instance, if you want to establish a specific workflow where inspection is performed first, followed by domestic transportation, and then customs procedures for export, the services will be executed accordingly.

Adjusting Service Priority: After selecting your services, you can change the priority by clicking the up or down arrows to reorder them as needed. Please note that changes to service priority can only be made at this stage; once the request is submitted, adjustments are no longer possible.

Form Submission: After selecting your services, you will be prompted to fill out the relevant form for each service according to your chosen priority. The product form section remains consistent across all forms, so once you complete it for the first service, the information is saved for use in subsequent forms, eliminating the need to re-enter details.

Service Request Process: The process for submitting service requests remains consistent with the previous instructions, though specific fields may vary between services. Detailed explanations for each field will be provided as needed.
Steps for Submitting a Service Request in Baramen
Step 1: Accessing the Service Request Page
You can access the Baramen service request page through two methods:
Direct Access from the Homepage: On the top menu of the homepage, select the “Request Services” option.
- Access Through “My Office”: In the right-hand menu under the “Customer” section, select “Request Services,” and then choose “New Service Request” from the displayed submenu.

After selecting the “Request Services” option, you will be directed to the service selection page.
Step 2: Selecting Services
On the service request page, you need to specify the services you require. You can select multiple services simultaneously if needed. Please note that if you choose several services, the order in which you select them will determine their execution priority, and the forms for each service will be displayed in that order.
To return to a previous form or step at any point, use the “Back” button located at the bottom of the form.
Step 3: Complete the Service Form
Based on the selected service, the corresponding form will be displayed. Please carefully fill in all the required fields. Once you have completed the form, click the “Save and Next” button to proceed to the page where you will set the deadline for receiving proposals. For additional details about the form, click on the service icon at the top or bottom of the page.
Step 4: Set the Proposal Submission Deadline and Submit Your Request
At this stage, you need to specify the deadline for service providers to submit their proposals.
Service providers will only be able to submit proposals until the selected deadline. After this period, no further proposals will be accepted.
Once you’ve set the date, click the “Submit” button to register your request in the Baramen Commercial Services Marketplace.
Check Request Status:
To view the status of your request, go to the customer section in the right-hand menu, select “Service Request,” and then choose “My Requested Services” from the displayed submenu.
Step 5: Review and Evaluate Proposals - Select the Best Proposal
- Viewing and Evaluating Proposals: To review the proposals you’ve received, go to the customer section in the right-hand menu, select “Service Request,” and then choose “Service Providers’ Proposals” from the displayed submenu. This will display a table of proposals from the service providers. To view the details of each proposal, click on the “View” icon.
- Communicating with Service Providers: If you wish to negotiate with service providers before accepting or rejecting a proposal, you can use the “Contact User” button to communicate with them via the Baramen chat platform.
- Approving or Rejecting a Proposal: At the bottom of each proposal, there are buttons to approve or reject the proposal. If you agree with the proposal, click the “Approve” button; otherwise, click “Reject.”
If you approve the proposal, you will be directed to the next step, which involves paying the invoice amount.
Step 6: Invoice Payment
After approving your chosen proposal, you need to pay the invoice amount as agreed upon. To ensure a secure transaction, we recommend using the Baramen Secure Payment Gateway. If payment is made through Baramen’s gateway, the order amount will be held in escrow by Baramen until the order is completed and the goods are delivered. Please note that Baramen is not responsible for transactions made outside of the Baramen Secure Payment system.
After making the payment, enter the required details in the “Notes” section, upload the payment receipt and any other relevant documents, and then click the “Payment Completed” button.
If you decide to cancel the service before making the payment, click the “Cancel” button and provide a reason. Please be aware that you cannot cancel the request after the payment has been made.
If you use Baramen’s Secure Payment, you will be directed to Baramen’s payment gateway, and a payment confirmation will be sent to the service provider, moving you to the next stage of service fulfillment. If you choose to pay through other methods, once you select the “Invoice Payment” option, the next step will be the service provider’s confirmation of the payment.
Step 7: Service Fulfillment
After the customer has paid the order amount, the service provider must confirm the receipt of payment (if Baramen’s Secure Payment Gateway was used, payment confirmation for both parties will be handled automatically).
Once the payment is confirmed, the service provider must complete the requested service within the specified timeframe according to the customer’s request.
Step 8: Order Completion, Feedback, and Rating
After the service has been completed by the provider, click the “Complete Process” button. Then, rate the service provider’s performance and leave your feedback. Your review will help other users in evaluating the service provider.
