Purpose of Registering Your Store/Company Information on Baramen
By registering your store or company information, you can list your products on the site under your store or company name. This allows users to view detailed store or company information rather than just basic details.
In this guide, we will first explain how to complete and edit your store information, and then how to complete and edit your company information.
Completing/Editing Store Information
Registering your store information enables you to display your products under your store’s name on the site. This ensures that detailed store information is presented to users rather than just basic details.
To register your store information, please follow these steps:
- Log In: Access your user panel.
- Navigate to Account Settings: From the right-hand menu, select “Account.”
- Access Account Information: Click on “Account Information” from the submenu to open the information editing page.
- Edit Store Information: The page is divided into three sections: Basic Information, Store Information, and Company Information. Go to the “Store Information” section.
- Activate Store Information: Click the “Activate” button to enable store information registration. Note that store details will only be visible to users once the store is activated.
By following these steps, you ensure that your store’s details are accurately displayed and accessible to other users.
Steps to Register Your Store Information

Upload Image: You can upload your store’s logo or image. This image will be displayed as your store’s profile picture to other users.

Store Name (in English): Since the Baramen website is multilingual, you need to enter your store name in English.

Store Name (in Local Language): Optionally, you can enter your store name in your local language (commonly used in your country).

Contact Number: Note that the entered phone number will not be displayed to users. You will communicate with other users via the Baramen chat system. However, providing a contact number can positively influence your credibility.

Store Introduction: Provide a brief description of your store. You can use advanced text tools to adjust the font, size, and other formatting features. It is recommended to give a general, concise overview of your store in the introduction section and provide more detailed information in the “Additional Store Information” section.

Licenses and Certificates: If desired, you can upload any licenses or certificates related to your store’s activities.

Additional Store Information: Here, you can enter other relevant details about your store, such as the type of business, brands, number of employees, etc. Each row of information includes two fields: Title and Description. In the Title field, enter the feature you want to describe about your store, and in the Description field, provide the corresponding information. For example:
- Title: Annual Sales
- Description: 10 billion Toman

Submit Information: After completing the information, click the “Submit” button to save your store details. You can preview your store page by selecting the “View My Store” option.

Hide Store Information: If you do not wish to display your store information, simply select the “Deactivate” button. In this case, your store page will not be visible to other users.
Complete/Edit Company Information
By registering your company information, you can list your products under the company name on the site. In this case, instead of displaying basic information, users will see your company details.
To register your company information, log in to your user panel, select “Account” from the right-hand menu, and then click on “Account Information” from the submenu to access the information editing page. The information page is divided into three sections: Basic Information, Store Information, and Company Information. Go to the “Company Information” section and click the “Activate” button to enable the registration of your company details. The information will only be visible to other users if it is activated.
