How to Submit a Service Request in Baramen
Step 1: Access the Service Request Page
You can access the Service Request page in two ways:
➡️ Option 1: From the Homepage
On the top menu of the homepage, click “Request Services.”
➡️ Option 2: From Your Office Panel
In the right-hand menu under “Customer,” click “Request Services,” then choose “New Service Request.”

Step 2: Select the Services You Need
On the Service Request page, select the services you require.
You can choose multiple services at once if needed.
The order you select them determines the priority of execution.
💡 Tip: Use the “Back” button at the bottom of the form if you need to revisit a previous step.
Step 3: Complete the Service Form
For each selected service, fill in the required fields on the form.
Click “Save and Next” to proceed to set the proposal deadline.
For more details about a form, click on the service icon at the top or bottom of the page.
Step 4: Set the Proposal Submission Deadline & Submit
Set the deadline by which service providers can submit their proposals.
After this deadline, no more proposals will be accepted.
Click “Submit” to register your request in the Baramen Service Marketplace.
🔎 Check Request Status
In the right-hand menu under “Customer,” select “Service Request,” then “My Requested Services” to view the status of your request.
Step 5: Review & Evaluate Proposals
In the right-hand menu, under “Customer,” select “Service Request,” then “Service Providers’ Proposals.”
You’ll see a table listing all proposals. Click the “View” icon to review details.
✅Communicate with Providers:
Use the “Contact User” button to chat with providers via Baramen’s chat platform if you need to negotiate or discuss details.
✅ Approve or Reject Proposals:
At the bottom of each proposal, click “Approve” or “Reject.”
Approving a proposal will take you to the payment step.
Step 6: Pay the Invoice
Pay the agreed amount to the service provider.
We strongly recommend using the Baramen Secure Payment Gateway for a secure transaction:
Funds will be held in escrow until the service is completed.
Baramen is not responsible for transactions made outside of the secure payment system.
After paying:
Enter required notes and upload the payment receipt and any other documents.
Click “Payment Completed.”
Cancel Option:
If you want to cancel before payment, click “Cancel” and provide a reason.
You cannot cancel once payment has been made.
Step 7: Service Fulfillment
After payment confirmation, the service provider must complete the requested service within the timeframe you specified.
If you use Baramen’s Secure Payment Gateway, confirmation is handled automatically.
Step 8: Order Completion & Feedback
When the service is completed, click “Complete Process.”
Rate the provider’s performance and leave feedback.
Your review helps other users evaluate the service provider.
